Elinor is the founder of Onest and plays fly half for Wales. She is also a massive peanut butter fan. It's actually pretty crazy that El has started a food business, seeing as she was extremely fussy as a child and lived off the following three things: peanut butter sandwiches, raisins and twiglets. Thankfully, she grew out of that stage, but maintains very high standards when it comes to food! Her nickname in the squad is Princess...
Dyddgu is a Lecturer at Cardiff Met, and plays full back for Wales. A farm girl from North Wales, she comes in very handy when there are practical jobs such as reversing the pod, making blackboards, and finding solutions to niggly problems. She is also a brilliant organiser, plays a big hand in keeping an order on things and is a pro at making smoothies. Dydd has a very strong Welsh accent.. and is often mistaken for being Polish or Russian, or in fact any European country apart from Welsh! Interestingly, Dydd once got knocked about by a sheep... please do ask her for the full story.
Nerys is an expert in all things food and provides unbelievable experience and knowledge to the business, rather like a wise, (not so) old owl. She runs her own food consultancy business, but always finds the time to whip up a Paleo avocado cheesecake on demand. Nerys is number 1 fan of the Welsh womens rugby team and has been at every single match since 2009.. bar one. Unfortunately, the match she missed was only the second time in history Wales have ever beaten England (current World Champions).. it's fair to say she experience extreme mixed emotions on hearing the result.
THE SUPER FANS
Amy Day : Amy is one of our best customers, and despite always asking for no peppers.. always seems to end up with peppers. Yet, she never complains!
Keira Bevan, Gemma Rowland and Sian Williams are all massive fans and ate not one, but TWO flateggs straight after each other. No one has yet to match or indeed beat that record. Impressive.
