WAW! What a summer so far. From a Crossfit comp in Reading to a Welsh speaking festival in Cardiff Castle, the pod has been very busy travelling around making new friends. Here are the highlights to date:

> The birth of our delivery service! What started off with helping out a friend who needed to tone up before her holiday, has now grown to delivering delicious lunch boxes packed full of nutrients to various locations around Cardiff. From actors and crew working on Casualty, to doctors working at the Heath; from Welsh international rugby players to university lecturers at Cardiff Met. It seems everyone wants a piece of Onest, and love the variety of healthy meals on offer.

> Whilst Elinor was in Russia playing 7s for Wales, the amazing Nerys Howell took charge. After a quick lesson on how to attach the pod to the tow bar, and with the newly written and very detailed Onest Handbook tucked under one arm, she set off to the Celtic Manor for the Polo. And what a success it was! Our superfood salad made it's debut, and was an instant favourite.

> A return to our favourite customers.. the Crossfit crowd. We attended both regional rounds of the Scale the Heights comp in Cardiff and Reading, and despite taking a car full of meat to Reading, still sold out by 3pm!! Considering hiring a lorry for the final in Manchester in September!

> Back home to Cardiff, where the pod visited the most beautiful location yet.. inside Cardiff Castle for the Welsh speaking festival, Tafwyl. With over 50,000 through the doors in two days, it was completely manic. Thank God Elinor did a last minute dash to B&Q on Friday night for a marquee to give us space to prep the salads.

> Finally, we returned to the Depot for the Summer Social this weekend with our Onest Gone Bad special edition menu, including Welsh rump steak flateggs (a revelation) and choc orange Welshcakes (here to stay!). We had the pleasure of serving Bivin Mathew, a food blogger who proceeded to write a review we are extremely proud of! Read it here to find out how Bivin managed to put an Italian spin on the flategg.

Phew! A brief round up of our summer so far, lets hope the remainder of the summer is just as successful.
